Photographic Services

Photographic Services promotes Towson University by providing professional quality photographs in digital form for the university’s print and online publications. Our photographers take photos of people and events related to the university for use in TU magazines, brochures, newsletters, catalogs, posters and websites. We are a unit within Creative Services.

A selection of our best photography is available to Towson University faculty and staff through our Image Gallery. The gallery contains photos of Towson University students, buildings, classrooms, and events, and can be accessed by using your TowsonU login name and password.

• CD (Please provide your own CD or DVD for Stock Photography Requests)
• Email (If one or two images)
• External Hard Drive (Transferred directly to your department’s external drive)

Requesting Our Services

Our photographers work with various departments on campus as well as TU designers and writers to arrange for photography for university publications.

We also offer a monthly Portrait Day when we take photos of Towson University faculty and staff for use in university publications. Portrait Days are announced in the Daily Digest campus e-news. Watch for these announcements to schedule a date to have your photo taken.
