Request Our Services

To request photographic services for TU events, please complete the online Photographic Services Request Form.

We recommend that you reserve our services early, especially during the school year, when our schedule books quickly. We require ten (10) working days notice prior to your requested photo day. If you have questions, please e-mail ktakeno@towson.edu for more information.

Work to be done on weekends and evenings should be booked two weeks in advance. This allows for us to arrange our schedules accordingly.

Staff and Faculty Portraits

Official staff and faculty portraits are taken once a month as announced in the Daily Digest. To schedule an appointment on the specified date, please complete the online Portraits Form.

Model Releases

For photographic subjects who are not directly affiliated with Towson University, we require a model release to be signed prior to photos being taken. Please e-mail ktakeno@towson.edu for details.
