The purpose of the President’s Transition Plan is to ensure a smooth transition for the president, the administration, and the Towson University campus. It will provide opportunities for the president to listen to and learn from a broad spectrum of individuals and organizations affecting the Towson University community. The plan is a progressive framework for the president to critically assess the institution’s short, medium, and long-term opportunities.
