The Department of Computer and Information Sciences at Towson University invites applications for two full-time Lecturer positions.


The positions require a master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent.  Demonstrated part-time or full-time teaching experience is required; IT industry experience is preferred. Lecturers are expected to teach day and evening undergraduate courses, and participate in department activities. These are non-tenure track appointments with annually renewable contracts.


The Department offers an ABET/CAC-accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, and a Doctor of Science degree in Information Technology.
