Graduate Student Workshop – Microsoft Excel: Pivot Tables
Tuesday 5:00pm-7:00pm; Cook Library, lower level, CK3

There are many ways to analyze worksheet data.  This workshop explains how to use a pivot table to analyze data.  During this workshop, topics covered will include: creating a Pivot Table report, filtering data using slicers, analyzing data using Pivot Tables. Come support autism awareness by watching films featuring people with autism and other developmental disabilities. Presented by The Arc. Baltimore and Hussman Center for Adults with Autism, in cooperation with Department of Mass Communication and Communication Studies. A part of the Tools for Inclusion 2014 Series.
Tickets are $5 for one or both screenings.  Students, faculty, and staff are free if they show their OneCard.

Graphics and images are a good way to add some sparkle to your Word documents. This workshop, organized by the GSA and the OTS, will show you how to add graphics, images and also change the page appearance. In this workshop you will learn how to:

  • Add a watermark
  • Add headers and footers
  • Add, resize, and adjust images
  • Insert screenshots

WAMMFest (Women and Minorities in Media Festival). A part of the Tools for Inclusion 2014 Series.
Showing at WAMMFest: 39 of the Official Selections and Category Winners from our International call for short works by and/or of interest to women and minorities. Our Saturday feature film is Mr. Sophistication by WAMMFest Guest Artist Danny Green. Following the screening, there will be a talk, Q&A, and reception with filmmaker, director, writer, and producer Danny Green.
