Graduate Student Assistantship
Towson University offers a number of assistantships that provide graduate students with professional experiences within their academic programs and other university units.   Graduate students receive a stipend and tuition waiver as part of these assistantships.

The Writing Center
A Help Center is available for graduate students seeking assistance in formal writing and in research design and statistics. It is located in Room 5330 in the Liberal Arts Building, under the supervision of, the Writing Lab director.

Tutors in the Help Center assist students with more formal writing and research design. They do not provide assistance with basic grammar and mathematics. There are other centers on campus that provide these services.

Students seeking assistance should call the Writing Center at 410-704-3426 to make an appointment.
