The TU Guidelines for the Use of Materials Protected by Copyright were reviewed
and approved in September 2001, and are included as required by the TU Policy on
Intellectual Property. This 3-page document is made available for public review as required
by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 and the TEACH Act of 2002.
