TU Policy on Intellectual Property
The Towson University Policy on Intellectual Property was approved by the University System of Maryland and the Board of Regents, and became effective on July 1, 2002.
This policy applies to all Towson University personnel (faculty and staff), to works created by students within the scope of university employment, and to all intellectual property disclosed to the university on or after that
July 1, 2002.
