· Lobby Day
o This is a chance to speak with your legislator about things such as partner benefits and same sex marriage. For more info: go to the website http://www.equalitymaryland.org/2007_lobby_day.htm
o Our delegates are Susan Aumann (R), William Frank (R), Stephen Lafferty (D), and James Brochin (D) if you would like to do some research to help formulate questions for our delegates.
o Mon, Feb 12th, 5pm – 8pm in Annapolis
o We will have one van going down and then we need a couple of people to drive and carpool??
· Involvement Fair
o Wed, Feb 7th, 11am – 2pm UU 2 nd Floor
o We need people to look cute and answer questions at the table. Interested??
· Come support TU Athletics and our fundraising!!
o We raise lots of money with these games so if you can volunteer to work the concession stands it would be great!

· White Privilege Speaker
o Are you interested in learning more about white privilege and creating a positive, white, anti-racist identity? Then come hear Tim Wise a nationally renowned a white male and an anti-racism/privilege lecturer/author who is coming to speak Thur, Feb 8th at 7:30-9:30pm at Park School in B-more.
o Free transportation provided by the Center for Student Diversity! Meet at the loading docks at 6:45.

· Same-Sex Relationships Workshop
o Mon, Feb 19th, 4pm – 5pm in the Glen Esk Counseling Center
o A discussion group will begin 2/26 for anyone interested in participating, they will run every other Monday.
· Towson Progressive Alliance
o An alliance with other Towson organizations. We need two representatives to meet with the other group representatives. The alliance's goal is to coordinate together in order to push the policies that these organizations want on campus. (such as recycling policies, a LGBT Cultural Center, etc.)
o Anyone interested in being a QSU representative???
