Our Icebreaker tonight was your name and favorite TV show
and the Kinsey Scale game!
First on our agenda was about the Orientation Leader (OL)
Position presented by David Satterlee, the Director of Student Activities.
- What is an OL?
- An OL is one of the first people a freshman or a
transfer student will meet. They give the new students all the
information they would possibly need about Towson and more!
- An OL helps break the ice by introducing everyone
to other students and leads discussions.
- An OL is part of and support a diverse staff.
- Becoming an OL, is also a paid job!
- But overall an OL exercises responsible judgment,
good humor, flexibility, and patience.
- If you are interested in becoming an OL you can e-mail
David Satterlee at
