Institutional Models for Diversity
The Reflective Process is designed to shift the campus diversity structure by allowing each department to set diversity goals that are relevant to the work of the unit. In addition coordination of the process by administrative units responsible for diversity, allows for better communication and planning for institutional diversity initiatives. The resulting institutionalized model for diversity has been tied to educational quality, institutional sustainability, and academic excellence for all students.
