Reflective Process for Diversity

Departmental Highlights

Each individual will have the opportunity to participate in the Reflective Process for Diversity by having a conversation about diversity as it relates to the work of the department. Department members will then work together to develop diversity goals for the group. The exciting thing about this process is that each department will have a unique focus and perspective on diversity – and the ability to develop goals that really matter to them.
