Reflective Process for Diversity

Implementation Team

As an implementation team we have both scholarly and applied diversity experience. Our team represents different experiences across race, ethnicity, national and religious identity, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, parenting and work experience. Our entire team is incredibly excited to be leading the implementation of your Reflective Process for Diversity!

"Our Reflective Process for Diversity is exciting because the process fosters inclusiveness. All members of our campus community will be invited to take part in Reflective Process meetings and to have their voices heard! I don't believe this is something that is happening at many other institutions of higher education in the United States."
