Reflective Process for Diversity

The Reflective Process allows each member of the campus community the opportunity to reflect on personal and divisional approaches to diversity. The reflective questions are based on those provided in the "Now is the Time" document published by a joint task force on diversity of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) and the National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges (NASULGC).

These questions, however, have been modified to better reflect Towson University's definitions of diversity.
