OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR

Information for Undergraduate Students

All students must apply to graduate; participation in the Commencement ceremony is optional.  Students in "pre" major status or have less than a 2.0 GPA are not eligible to apply for graduation.

DEADLINES TO APPLY FOR UNDERGRADUATE GRADUATION

Spring - January 20 (online application deadline)

Summer - July 4 (online application deadline)

Fall - August 20 (online application deadline)

Contact the Graduation Office at 410-704-2095 after these dates.

All requirements must be satisfied at the end of the anticipated graduation term in order to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.  Repeating courses in which prior grades of D or higher were earned will not raise the earned units; it will only raise the cumulative grade point average if a higher grade is earned.  NOTE:  Students must register for additional credits to compensate for this repeat adjustment. All students need a minimum of 120 earned hours to graduate.
