Getting Started with Your New Business
Starting a business in Maryland can begin very simply, but can become more difficult as you dive into the many resources of information available. Resources include: Internet, Libraries, Small Business Resource Centers, Small Business State Departments/offices, Professionals, Word-of-mouth, etc. As a tip, the focus in your research needs to turn to the accountability of the source, using different resources to compare information. The research you do on your own can be a determinant to how easy the business beginning process will be and successful you will be with your business. You get out what you put in! The Central Region SBDC has compiled resources offered in the State of Maryland from the mentioned above sources. The Central Region SBDC also offers expert counseling and training in the new business beginning process.
