The department offers an undergraduate program leading to secondary education certification and a major in middle school education. We also offer a Secondary Education M.Ed. and a Teaching M.A.T.

With the increasing secondary and middle school-age population and the impending retirement of many veteran teachers, the need for secondary and middle school teachers is greater than ever.
