About the Club

We are the Towson University Skydiving Club! Long story short, we go skydiving...but it's so much more than that! We promote a friendly, fun, supportive atmosphere for everyone in the club...Because if you jump out of a plane, don't you want people on the ground cheering you on?

Founded in 2009 by Chelsey Anderson, the Club has been successful in obtaining enough support to bring groups of 10-15 Towson students out to a drop zone and have them jump out of planes. We do our best to make sure that we get as much of a discount for our jumpers as possible, because we know that it's not a cheap sport. However, we don't just jump out of the plane and head home. After your jump there will be time to reflect on your experience and sign our book of jumps - something that was started on our very first trip.

Where do we Skydive?

Our drop zone is Skydive Delmarva, located in Laurel, Delaware. They have been extremely cooperative and helpful with getting us great club discounts and giving us the experiences of our lives. They operate in accordance with United States Parachute Association standards (www.upsa.org), meaning that all instructors have been thoroughly trained and all safety requirements are met and exceeded.  For more information on Skydive Delmarva and their services, visit their website at www.skydivedelmarva.com.

Blue skies!
