Actor Steve Bauer starts the Restoration Makeup by having a clean face and having his hair pulled back with a hat. Steve also wears clothes that tolerate makeup,  powder and remover.

The first step is to soap out the eyebrows, this is done by wetting ordinary body soap like in a shower, then rubbing it onto the eyebrows, making them stick to the actor's head.

A light base is applied.

Adding white over the eyebrow and the eyelids. 

Over the eyebrow is painted a new eyebrow.
