Interfraternity Council is the local administrative body that includes ten National Interfraternity Council fraternity chapters on campus.
These chapters promote opportunities for leadership and involvement
in various philanthropic, academic, social, athletic, and community service
activities.

The National Pan-Hellenic Council of Towson University includes seven historically African American
fraternities and sororities that work to improve the quality of life in the
community through social action, political and economic development, and
community service. Service,
scholarship, achievement, and unity are trademarks of this public service
organization.
Panhellenic Association is the local administrative body that includes eight National Panhellenic Conference sorority chapters on
campus. Theses chapters engage in
philanthropic, academic, social, and community service endeavors throughout the
year.
The purpose of Unified Greek Council (UGC) is to enhance sisterhood,
brotherhood, service, fundraising, educational and the individual
success of its member sororities and fraternities through experience,
leadership, and maintenance of council membership guidelines.
