Organization Timeline
This is a useful guide of what forms
should be submitted each semester.
Fall Semester
Forms for all student organizations:
o Update
Involved@TU contact info.
o
Download a copy of the
Student Organization Handbook.
o
Update the administrator
for your
website or email alias by re-submitting the
form.
o
Need a website or email
alias? The forms are available
here.
o Register for the
Spring
Student Involvement Fair
late in the semester.
Forms for SGA
Affiliated organizations:
o
All of
the above.
o
Complete your
Mandatory Community Service Requirement & submit the form.
o
Submit your most up-to-date constitution to the SGA office.
o
Submit your most up-to-date membership roster to the SGA office.
o
Update your post office card in the SGA office.
Forms for SGA Budgeted organizations:
o
All of
the above.
o
Submit your signature
card to the SGA office.
o
You must
attend a Treasurer’s Workshop. Contact the SGA for more info.
Spring Semester
Forms for all student organizations:
o
Update

if your officers
have changed.
o
Update the
administrator for your
website or email alias by re-submitting the
form.
o
Register for the
Fall
Student Involvement Fair
late in the semester.
Forms for SGA Affiliated organizations:

the above.
o
Complete your
Mandatory Community Service Requirement & submit the form.
o
If changes have been made, submit your constitution to the SGA office.
o
If new members have joined, submit your membership roster to the SGA
office.
