Off-Campus Student Services (OCSS) provides a
wide range of resources, services and programs designed to enrich
the educational experience of off-campus students.
Our goal is to engage off-campus students in co-curricular
activities thereby enhancing their overall development.
Students living off campus can find MTA information and schedules, area
maps, off-campus housing options and commuter-friendly programs such as
Good Morning Commuters, Commuter Appreciation
Day, Finals Fuel, and the Ride Board.
We will also assist
you in addressing questions and concerns you may have in your
off-campus living situation.
Transitioning from on campus or home into a house or apartment in
Baltimore County?

for important information regarding life off-campus.
Important note: If you are living in a rental house in
Baltimore County or City,
make sure you are aware of the most up-to-date legislation
as it relates to how many unrelated people can legally live together
as well as new rental
registration bills.
