Leadership is not about being in charge. We believe it’s about your integrity, your self-awareness, and your vision for creating change. Here at Towson University’s Initiatives for Leadership Education and Development (i L.E.A.D.), we are dedicated to giving students opportunities to see themselves as leaders and to develop the skills necessary to be exemplary leaders in the community.

This non-academic certificate recognizes and rewards student leadership participation and involvement on campus. Students earn points towards the certificate by attending workshops and by participating in a variety of campus leadership opportunities. Read more about the i L.E.A.D. Certificate.

LeaderShape

The LeaderShape Institute is a highly interactive and energizing leadership development experience designed to help students learn to lead with integrity. Read more about LeaderShape.

i L.E.A.D Workshops & Conferences

Join us for the Men’s Leadership Symposium, the Spring Leadership Conference or the Women in Leadership Conference. TU Leadership Consultants (TULC)

TULC participants serve as peer educators who promote and teach leadership to students through workshops, retreats and conferences. As a member of TULC, you will learn invaluable skills such as workshop facilitation, leadership experience, event planning, and program assessment. Contact Beth for more information.
