1st Annual Environmental
Conference
Notes from the final Conference Wrap-Up Session
Towson University's first
Environmental Conference will take place on Tuesday, April 7
from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the University Union, 3rd floor,
in Chesapeake Rooms I and II. The conference is designed to raise awareness among students, faculty and staff about
environmental topics, issues and solutions.
Members of the
campus community will gather to hear presentations from faculty,
students and environmental leaders in the Baltimore region.
Keynote speakers will be David Carroll, director of
sustainability for Baltimore County, and Tom Horton, former
environmental columnist for the Baltimore Sun and author of
several books about the Chesapeake Bay.
