The Division of Student Affairs Information Technology Coordinator is avaliable to the division to help ensure your technology needs are met and the products are working to your satisfaction.
There are many services the Student Affairs IT Coordinator can provide to the division including:
- Purchasing Consultations and Assistance
- Quote and Purchase I.T. products
- Needs Analysis
- Technology Optimization
- Software and Hardware pre-purchase consultation
- Website Design Assistance
- IT Coordination Across University Divisions
- Serve as a liaison to OTS and Off-Campus Venders
- Localist Training/Management
- Localist Widget Creation (Please Use Localist Widget Request Form)
Although the Divisional IT Coordinator provides many services, divisional staff should still continue to contact the OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center (410-704-5151 option 2-2-2) as their primary contact for password resets, account maintenance and other support related troubleshooting.
Multimedia Services
Student Affairs is now offering multimedia services for divisional programming and events. Examples of services avaliable include:
- Recordings of presentations, conferences, or other events
- Editing recordings and posting to websites or producing DVD media
- Streaming events live onto the internet
- Digitizing recordings of past events for presentations
- Designing multimedia for presentations and events
- Developing promotional videos for departments
Services are avaliable for events on evenings and weekends, but prior notice of at least 5 buisness days is required.
