|CABLE TV||XFINITY ON CAMPUS|
Comcast Cable TV is our basic campus TV service. Resident students can access it with any cable-ready digital television—no computer or mobile device is necessary.
If you are not receiving any cable TV channels after scanning, call OTS Student Computing Services (SCS) at 410-704-5151. If a Residential Network (ResNet) technician determines that your TV doesn't work with our cable system, SCS will loan a digital tuner to you.
XFINITY On Campus includes all the Cable TV programming plus thousands of shows and movies through XFINITY On Demand™ for streaming to student laptops and the XFINITY Stream app for watching on mobile devices. This IPTV (Internet TV) service is included in the housing cost.
Looking for more? Upgrade to HBO®, Showtime®, Starz®, the Sports Entertainment Package with NFL RedZone, international networks, or other premium networks starting as low as $9.99/month. These upgrades are not included in the housing cost.
Note: You will only be able to view content that is included in your XFINITY On Campus package. Upgrades to additional channel packages are available at xfinityoncampus.com.

For support, residents of these three halls may call Apogee directly at 1-855-241-1590 or visit the Apogee website. Support for all other residence halls is provided by OTS Student Computing Services (SCS).
Do I have to choose between using the Cable TV service and XFINITY On Campus?
No, you may use both.
Do I need a special TV to get the Cable TV service?
Your TV must support ClearQAM. If it doesn't or you experience technical problems, contact SCS at 410-704-5151 (options 1,0).
Why are some channels listed twice in the XFINITY On Campus guide?
The numbered channels are available on campus only; however, the TV GO channels are available on and off campus.
Is there an additional charge for the DVR feature?
No, it is included with XFINITY On Campus.
I'm not seeing an option to record in the guide. What's wrong?
Make sure you are recording from one of the numbered TV channels at the beginning of the guide and not from a TV Go channel.
Can you get premium channels off campus via TV Go or phone apps?
Yes, some premium channels are available via TV Go and apps. On a computer, log into xfinityoncampus.com, open the program guide and scroll down to the TV GO channels.
