Residence Tower

Residence Tower is a 14 story residence hall, all student bedrooms are quad style. There are 4 quads per floors each housing 9 students, 4 double rooms and 1 single room. Residence Tower houses approximately 444 students. Residence Tower is for incoming first-year students and lower class students who are eligible to live on-campus. Residence Tower is our only 9-month residence hall. Students assigned to this building are able to stay in their assignments over breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring).

Each room includes the following:

• wall to wall carpeting, curtains, microfridge and an AC/heating unit in each room
• each bedroom is furnished with extra-long twin beds, wardrobe, dresser, desk and a chair per student
• the amenities included in the room rates are utilities ( internet and electric heat/AC)

Building amenities include:

• a large laundry room
• main lobby lounge
• kitchen
• meeting/study rooms located on the main, second level and each floor

Residence Tower is staffed by a Residence Life Coordinator and Resident Assistants. These buildings are secured twenty-four hours a day with a card access system used by students to gain entry to the building and elevators, as well as a front desk that is staffed 24/7 with either community center staff or security guards.
