Credits earned on TU programs (including exchanges) or affiliate programs will transfer back to your Towson transcript and count towards your degree. Federal financial aid, TU and other study abroad scholarships can be applied towards these programs.
Students who wish to study abroad on a program not sponsored by or affiliated with Towson University must submit a petition to the Study Abroad Office to seek approval. The petition will be reviewed by the Petitions Subcommittee of the Faculty Committee on Study Abroad (FCOSA) for final approval. Please contact the TU Study Abroad Office to obtain a petition form. NOTE: Retroactive peitions will not be considered.
