Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC) software is funded for all classrooms and computer labs, and benefits the students, faculty and staff of Towson University.
Adobe CC licensing is paid for by Student Technology Fees. Colleges and departments are encouraged to install the software in all classrooms and computer labs on campus.
The Adobe and Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium (MEEC) agreement provides discounted Adobe CC software and licensing to Towson University.
Faculty and staff may request the software for university work by following the procedures below.

Adobe CC Version Roadmap
The current Adobe CC version at Towson University is Adobe CC 2015.5.
In summer of 2017 Towson will update to the latest Adobe CC version.
Access to Adobe CC Software
Faculty / Staff Request Procedures
- Faculty are eligible for Adobe CC on their office computer provided they use the software for courses they are teaching or research and obtain the approval of their chairperson.
- Staff may be eligible if their job requires access to Adobe CC software. Department supervisor or approval is required and must be justified.
- OTS reimburses the student technology fee budget for faculty/staff license fees.
- Faculty and staff can initiate an Adobe CC software request by following the request procedures.
