We at Towson
are dedicated to providing a superior teacher preparation program for our
future educators. We view the appropriate integration of technology as a vehicle to enhance
learning and provide vivid, useful and creative learning experiences.
The purpose of our Mentoring to Master Technology Integration Project (MM-TIP) grant is to enhance teaching and learning through the use of technology within our teacher education program and regional consortium, and to change the nature of the learning community associated with the University through our consortium. This goal aligns with the PT3 mission and the State of Maryland Technology Standards. To view more examples and documentation of our technology integration efforts in the Teacher Education Program here at Towson, click here to peruse our application to the ISTE Distinguished Achievement Award.
