TU in Northeastern Maryland

Towson University has partnered with Harford Community College to offer a variety of graduate and undergraduate degree programs. Classes are held at Harford Community College and the Northeast Maryland Higher Education Center (formerly the HEAT Center).

Towson University offers reduced fees to students who take classes at off-campus locations 25 miles or more from the TU campus. In addition to avoiding the commute to Towson, students will also save on fuel and parking costs.
