Mr. Brusca is Group Vice President Human Resources for Techtronic Industries Co. Ltd., a Hong Kong based $4 billion global manufacturer of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products.  Mr. Brusca has responsibility for all human resources functions globally covering 20,000 employees.  He is a nationally recognized expert in human resources, employee benefits, executive compensation and mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Brusca received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Towson University in 1980 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of law in 1984..
