R. Samuel Fine, Ph.D.
Director
Dr. Fine’s career in information technology, spanning over twenty-five years, culminated in the sale of The Apex Group, a 250-person systems integration firm he co-founded and co-operated.
He holds an MBA in Operations Research, a Ph.D. in Musicology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Maryland. He also earned a Master of Music from the Peabody Conservatory of Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Music from Towson University.
He is currently an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Music at Towson University.
Dr. Fine and his wife Andrea reside in Kingsville, Maryland
