Mr. Hayden is a partner resident in the Towson office of the law firm of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, L.L.P., where he concentrates in corporate law and succession planning, estate planning and business organization, sales, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hayden’s professional career includes service as an adjunct faculty member at Essex Community College and Stevenson University (then Villa Julie College), where he taught courses on the legal aspects of the formation and operation of small business enterprises and business organizations to paralegal students.
