Marcia Zercoe has 20 years of investment management experience, and has served in a number of senior level positions at investment firms in the Baltimore and Philadelphia marketplaces. Ms. Zercoe is currently Vice President and Investment Strategist for Mount Vernon Associates in Baltimore where she is responsible for managing individual and institutional bond and equity portfolios. She previously served as the Director of Fixed Income with 1838 Investment Advisors in Radnor, Pennsylvania where she was responsible for setting investment policy and strategy for the company's $2.5 billion fixed income portfolio. Ms. Zercoe graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and economics. She graduated summa cum laude and was awarded the Wall Street Journal Student Achievement Award in Economics. She has a Master of Finance degree from Loyola Graduate School of Business. Ms. Zercoe
lives in Annapolis with her twin daughters. She enjoys sailing and experimenting in various art forms in her spare time.
