Group Exercise Classes
The Wellness Center offers a variety of classes for Wellness Center members interested in group exercise. Classes are held at a variety of times throughout the week. Exercise classes include:
- Total Body Conditioning
- Total Body Lite (Chair Exercises)
- Boot Camp
- Spinning
- Hatha Yoga
- Zumba

Healthy Bellies
The Healthy Bellies program is designed to teach expectant and new mothers how to safely and effectively exercise given the body changes that accompany pregnancy and the postpartum period. In an attempt to maintain or improve overall fitness, strength, and flexibility, participants will progress through an 6-week fitness program. This program will provide the necessary duration, frequency and intensity needed to derive optimal benefits while giving careful consideration to those anatomical and physiological changes which accompany pregnancy.
The program will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please contact the Wellness Center for dates of upcoming sessions. Cost is $60.

Hatha Yoga
Shay Wanigasinghe, graduate of Yama Studio-Yoga Therapeutics, will be teaching Hatha Yoga at the Wellness Center. Her classes will center on gentle asanas (poses) and pranayamic (energy) breathing. The goal of Shay's class will be to help participants gradually reduce stress levels as they progress through the 5-week series of classes.
