In October of 2003, after presenting a portfolio plan to the Towson University Foundation, Inc., WiiC was allocated an endowment of $5,000 on a trial basis.  At the conclusion of fall 2004, the WiiC Executive Board presented the one year portfolio performance to the Investment Committee of the Towson University Foundation, Inc. The portfolio provided a more than adequate return on investments, above that of the major indices.  Since our organization’s original trial endowment in 2003, the Executive Board has presented the performance of our portfolio to the Investment Committee of the Towson University Foundation, Inc. on an annual basis, and has since received additional contributions.

The Investment Club plans to continue to present the portfolio’s performance annually.  Our members strive to provide maximum returns above the weighted-benchmark and actively managing our portfolio’s risk.
