Steering Committee
Individuals from across the university interested in participating in this initiative can assume a variety of roles. The Steering Committee is open to individuals from any discipline or college and include faculty of all ranks and interested administrators. The Steering Committee is the body that determines the initiatives and activities of the Women In Sciences Program. Faculty members may also serve as mentors and can be included in all mailings, be kept up to date on programs and proposals, and are expected to make themselves available for conversations with students or other individuals concerning issues of women in science.
