About Our Theme Detailed Agenda Registration Apply to Present

 

An opportunity to engage in professional development, networking, sharing and support.

The University System of Maryland's Women's Forum conference will be held on Friday, Nov. 15 from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Towson University. The theme is "Redefining Having It All."

Conference Objectives

  • Focus on a current public theme to which participants can relate, both professionally and personally.
  • Offer faculty, staff and students an opportunity to showcase their expertise, research and experience.
  • Encourage supporting and learning from one another on how to reconsider “having it all.”
  • Enable cross-institutional networking and information/resource sharing among USM and partners.
  • Hold facilitated roundtable discussions to support active participation on all levels.
  • Collect relevant feedback to provide to the USM Chancellor on institutional support and policy matters.
  • Contribute to the national discourse by posting on The Huffington Post, our media partner.
