An On-Line Travel Agency
PC Travel is an On-Line Travel Agency that allows you access to
the same tables that airlines and travel agencies use when
finding and quoting air fares to you. PC Travel provides this
information in hopes that you will book your tickets with them by
computer. If you are like me and tend to want to find out about
flight times and prices at times when the travel agencies are
closed, then this method can be easier and quicker than phoning
up the airlines one by one. The catch is that the first time you
log on with PC Travel, you are prompted to set up an account with
them (including providing a credit card number) before you get to
see the tables--even though you are under no obligation to buy.
Also, there is one other catch--flights on Southwest Airlines are not
listed.
