Meet the GSA

Six officers represent the Graduate Student Association. Each officer represents one of the six academic colleges at Towson. They come from diverse backgrounds and serve as the voice of graduate students on university committees.

Photo of Esther Titi Akinmuda

Esther Titilope Akinmuda is from Nigeria. She is in her first year of the Doctoral degree program in Computer Science. Her career includes an IT Officer at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington, DC. She has also been involved in various IT projects and has been a Teaching Assistant here at TU.  She graduated from TU with M.S. AIT and a B.S. Information & Communication Engineering from Covenant University, Nigeria.

Mia Williams is in her first year pursuing a M.S. in Communication Management. She recently graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2018. She received a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a concentration in Communication Studies.



Photo of Adeife Love Adejumo

Adeife Love Adejumo, from Nigeria, is in her second year pursuing her M.S. in Human Resource Development. In June 2017 she graduated from Covenant University, Nigeria with a B.S. in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. Her career includes a graduate assistantship and several internships in Kenya, Nigeria and Maryland.

Sarah Pressley is from North Dakota. She is in her first year of the Audiology Doctoral Program. Sarah graduated in 2018 with a B. S. in Speech Language Hearing Sciences with a Psychology Minor from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Douglas Sentz is from Dundalk, MD. He is in his first year of the M.A.T. (Masters of Art in Teaching) Program. He graduated from Towson University in May 2018 with a B.S. in History and an Ancient Mediterranean Studies Minor.

Yohannes Sium is from Silver Spring, MD. He is currently pursuing his Master's in Accounting and Business Advisory Services, while studying to be a Certified Public Account. He graduated from Towson University in May 2018 with a B.S. in Accounting.
