MyOSPR Desktop Grant Software

This page is your guide to MyOSPR, Towson University's new electronic research administration package. 

What is MyOSPR?

It is a web-based integrated software system that runs on open-source Kuali Coeus (KC) and supports core processes in the Office of Sponsored Programs and Research (OSPR) for pre-award, post-award, and compliance services required for all types of sponsored projects. 

How do I log in?

Sign in using your Towson NETID and password here.

Note: Please use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to login to MyOSPR - Internet Explorer and Safari browsers may experience issues with loading the pages.

What functions does it support?

  • Proposal development and submission
  • Award and subaward management
  • IRB and IACUC protocols and committees
  • Conflict of interest disclosures
  • General agreements and negotiations associated with sponsored programs, such as materials transfer, teaming and research, confidentiality and invention disclosure

MyOSPR Training for FDRC Award Applicants

In order to be eligible for an FDRC Award, faculty members must attend a MyOSPR training session. Register for a schedule session here.

I've received a MyOSPR approval notification for a proposal - what do I do?

If you haven't had a 30-minute MyOSPR training session with an OSPR staff member, email  to schedule a time convenient for you.
