These forms apply to the Fall 2021 to Summer 2022 terms.

Online Forms

  1. Login to the Towson Online Services Student Dashboard.
  2. Choose Financials from the Main Navigation menu.
  3. Choose Financial Aid Forms.
  4. Choose the 2021-2022 Aid Year.
  5. Choose one of the following forms:
    -Course Load Change Form (to report part-time enrollment plans)
    -Housing Verification Form (to report housing status changes)
    -Notice of Additional Resources (to report expected other aid)
    -PLUS Denial - Unsubsidized Loan Request
    -Release of Financial Information (authorize us discuss your aid with others)
    -Summer Aid Application

Before submitting any verification documents, please review your current To Dos list on your Towson Online Services Student DashboardWe recently waived many document requests, and you only need to respond to the current requests.
