Use these forms for the Fall 2022, Spring 2023 & Summer 2023 terms.

Online Forms

We offer several online forms listed below.  To access them:

  1. Login to the Towson Online Services Student Dashboard.
  2. Choose Financials from the Main Navigation menu.
  3. Choose Financial Aid Forms.
  4. Choose the 2022-2023 Aid Year.
  5. Choose one of these forms:
    -Course Load Change Form (report part-time enrollment plans)
    -Housing Verification Form (report housing status changes)
    -Loan Change Form
    -Notice of Additional Resources (report expected other aid)

    -PLUS Denial - Unsubsidized Loan Request
    -Release of Financial Information (authorize us to discuss your data with parents or others)

Before submitting any verification documents, please review your current To Dos list on your Towson Online Services Student DashboardWe recently waived many document requests, and you only need to respond to the current requests.
