My own student experiences helped prepare me for my job.
As a TU alumni, my college experience prepared me for my job in ways I would’ve never expected. I was given an exceptional education and leadership opportunities that helped shape me both professionally and as a woman overall. I also was introduced to amazing staff and faculty that I was able to use as professional references.

My advice to anyone who’s applying.
Take advantage of the early action deadline! It shows that you are taking initiative to set yourself apart from other applicants and it also gets you considered for merit scholarships. I also encourage students to build a relationship with your admission counselor. Introduce yourself to us by email or in person if you see us at your high school or a college fair. If you have a question, ask us. We’re here to help you!

The coolest thing I’ve heard someone say about Towson.
On our campus your voice is heard. If you have a concern about something or want to do something that’s never been done before, work to solve the concern or put your ideas into action. You can make a difference at Towson University.

Why I work in admissions.
I work in admissions because I enjoy helping students transition into higher education. The process can be intimidating for some students (it was intimidating for me), but my goal is to make applying to Towson University as smooth as possible.
