You never know what you will find out about yourself when you’re in college
College is an exciting stage of your life when you find out who you are, what you like and who you want to be. Just like me, I just never thought about being an admission counselor until when I had a chance to work at the admissions office at Towson University since I was a freshman. With my own experience going through the admission process as a student and as a professional, I want to help students to do better than I did when I was in their positions.

My “warm and fuzzy” moment
Towson campus is considered a large-size campus but you don’t feel like it’s big. You can always find someone that is happy to show you where you need to go on campus. Towson has a wide range of student services, clubs and associations that can give you ongoing support during your college career. As a Towson alumna, I can tell that I definitely received more than just education from here.

My advice for who’s applying
Plan ahead of time. Do research on schools you want to apply for. International students have more steps to do than a domestic students before they can step on the plane to come to campus. Each international application is a different case so give us and yourself time to make your move to Towson easier. Don’t hesitate to contact us for any questions you may have.
