Cuban National Ballet School Teaching Seminar July 27 - 30, 2020

Maestra Ramona De Saá, Director of the Cuban National Ballet School, returns for the second year to conduct this four-day seminar, hosted by Towson University Department of Dance and the Ruth Page Center for the Arts. The teaching seminar will focus on the elementary years (ages 12-14) of the Cuban National Ballet School's eight-year curriculum.
Seminar participants will learn about the history, methodology, cultural traits, and distinctive characteristics of the Cuban National Ballet School curriculum.
Over the four-day teaching seminar, participants will:
$425 per participant (includes seminar fee, lunch, and printed materials)
NDEO and MDEA Member Discount - $395
*Seminar Fee increases to $450 after May 1st (NDEO and MDEA - $425)
Participants who are attending the seminar will have the opportunity to have up to 2 of their students attend a masterclass scheduled on July 29th taught by Maestra Ramona De Saá. The charge per student is $30
Deadline to register student(s) for July 29 masterclass is July 1.
Housing is not included in the seminar fee. The university has an approved list of accomodations.
