Bailey joined the Center for Professional Studies in September 2015 as a project manager. She is responsible for managing complex training projects including coordination of resources, tasks, and necessary processes to complete the development and overall implementation of projects. In addition, she is tasked with establishing and maintaining client relationships, and developing additional business for the unit.
Bailey also serves as program manager for the Towson University Professional Leadership Program for Women, a hands-on leadership development program for women in Greater Baltimore that addresses the critical challenges women face in the workplace.
Prior to joining Towson University, Bailey served as director of programs and marketing for Pro Bono Consulting Project. She is also an adjunct faculty for Community College of Baltimore County and a researcher for the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
Bailey holds a Master of Public Policy from UMBC. She also holds a B.A. in sociology and a B.A. in deaf studies from Towson University.
Bailey and her husband take all the opportunities they can to visit her family in Serbia and to travel with them. They also have a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Drake that they rescued ten years ago.
