  • Kathleen Case is a facilitator/coach. Her areas of expertise include organization planning and strategy, leadership development for mid-level and senior executives, change leadership, improved team communications, management skills, and professional assessments (StrengthFinders, Myers Briggs).
  • Fonda Wynn is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Her areas of expertise include employee training, facilitator training, strategic planning, leadership development, coaching, and professional assessments (StrengthFinders).
  • Tammy Ditzel is a coach and trainer. She has lead growth and change in hundreds of workforce development organizations. Her areas of expertise include communication, staff and leadership development, workplace coaching, group facilitation, and professional assessments (DiSC).
  • Tamathia Moore Flowers is a certified Mediator and Sexual Misconduct Prevention trainer. Her areas of expertise include human resources, negotiation and conflict management.
  • Ronald Lantz has spent over thirty years in the fields of management and employee training and development, organization development, career coaching and human resources.
  • Dan Leonard is the Director of the Towson University President’s Leadership Institute. His areas of expertise include leadership development, organizational communication, conflict resolution, consensus building, and diversity management
  • Stephanie Hutcheson has over twenty years experience in training. Her areas of expertise include management training, business writing and computer application training. She is a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
  • Janet McNally has an extensive corporate and consulting background in management training, human resources and organizational development. Her areas of expertise include team building, diversity/inclusion, conflict resolution and business communication.
