Arthur joined the Office of Partnerships and Outreach in August 2015. In his current role, he advances the Division’s brand and online presence by managing and maintaining its blog, website, and social media outlets. He writes and edits website, blog, and email marketing content; implements digital marketing campaigns; provides analysis and recommendations for marketing campaigns and business development activities for the Division, its partners, and clients.
Prior to joining Towson University, Arthur worked in book publishing, advertising and marketing. Most recently he served as director of marketing and media relations for Columbus Area Arts Council in Columbus, IN.
Arthur holds a B.A in journalism and a certificate in film studies from Indiana University, Bloomington.
Arthur is a news junkie and is a lover of art and architecture. He also enjoys hiking with his rescue dog.
